TERMS & CONDITIONS

Order must be made and confirmed at least 2 working days before pick-up/delivery.
Delivery will be carried out within 10km radius from Kelana Jaya area.
A minimum order worth RM100 is needed for delivery.
Delivery is subject to availability from time-to-time.
Order will be confirmed by us via phone before processing. Please call the Customer Careline at 03-7874 2581 if you do not get any phone call confirmation from us.
Any cancellation of order will not be entertained after the confirmation.
Use separate order form for separate delivery address.
The stated special prices are only valid for purchases made via the Fax Advance Orders form.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is to be made in full upon pick-up/delivery. For large orders a partial payment might be required in advance.
Only company’s cheques are acceptable. All cheques are to be crossed and made payable to TRC RESOURCES SDN BHD.
