- Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, a minimum order worth RM100 is needed for delivery. However the delivery service is subject to availability from time-to-time. - How long is the notice period I need to give for each order?
Order must be made and confirmed at least 2 working days before pick-up/delivery. - Can I order from anywhere in Malaysia?
Yes but you need to collect the products yourself if you are staying outside Klang Valley. No delivery service is available outside Klang Valley even though you have made a minimum order of RM100. - How do I confirm my order?
Order will be confirmed by us via phone on the same day (working days only) that we receive your fax. Please call the Customer Careline at 03-7874 2581 if you do not get any phone call confirmation from us. - Can I change or cancel my order after I have already confirmed it?
Upon confirmation of order, certain changes will be allowed however it will depend on case-to-case basis. No cancellation will be accepted after the confirmation of order has been made. - What are the payment terms?
Payment is to be made in full upon order pick-up or delivery. For large orders a partial payment might be required in advance. - What are the other ordering options that I have?
Besides website, you may also place your order by calling our Customer Careline at 03-7874 2581 from Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm or purchase the products at our retail outlet. - Can I buy the products at the same price at your retail outlet?
We offer special price only for our customers that make the orders by filling in the advance orders form and fax it over to us. Purchases made via the telephone or retail outlet will be subject to the normal retail price.
